  • Experience: Greater than 8 years in turn-key residential/commercial execution.

  • Focus: Leading on-site structural execution, managing concrete pouring schedules, and ensuring rigid compliance with architectural blueprints.

• Site Engineer (Hill Terrain Specialist)

  • Experience: 4–7 years in terraced foundation piling and slope-stabilization matrices.

  • Focus: Overseeing foundational earthworks and grading for high-altitude projects.

2. Architecture & Design Desk

• BIM / Revit Modeler & Spatial Designer

  • Experience: 3–5 years in high-fidelity 3D rendering and MEP integration.

  • Focus: Crafting immersive structural walkthroughs and eliminating system conflicts before breaking ground.

3. Heavy Fleet & Material Logistics

• Logistics & Fleet Operations Manager

  • Experience: 5+ years managing heavy earthmoving equipment deployment or mining logistics.

  • Focus: Maximizing uptime across our excavator, tipper, and dozer fleets while optimizing material dispatch routes.

4. Real Estate & Investor Relations

• International Portfolio Advisor (NRI Desk)

  • Experience: 3–6 years in luxury real estate sales or high-yield investment banking.

  • Focus: Managing portfolios and allotment processes for global buyers looking at premium destination assets.
